      Great potential in the future open-minded team

      Cons

      No onboarding/training to newcomers, scrambled to get information on their own Management focuses on short term goals and heavily on numbers that can be easily manipulated, inconsiderate of sustainable strategies and the shift of the current market trends. Projects are run independently by newcomers with little guidance Should pay attention on knowledge buildup instead first

      Pros

      Fast growing industry even in pandemic times

      Cons

      Management is accustomed to blame the sales team for everything. Instead of investing in R&D and making the products better, tons of money is poured into sales training and force management. Meanwhile deals are lost because the products are overpriced and not competitive enough. Nothing the sales team can do about with Meddpicc Wake up!

      - Huge rotation, people joining and leaving all the time - Management giving concessions but not following up to them - bad intro to new employees
