Pros

The onboarding process is very thorough. I appreciated being sent things in the month leading up to my start date, even though there is no pressure to do anything before your start date. Everyone has been incredibly friendly and supportive. There's a clear effort to make the company more diverse and inclusive. Very good compensation package.

Super flexible and engaging during the whole process from first contact until the offer was received. Knowledgeable hiring and interview team and no BS or smoke and mirrors, everything was clear and transparent.

Cons
