      Pros

      My hiring process was very fast. Everything was communicated well and the process is clearly defined. Definitely worth a recommendation! Onboarding is also great, as there are tons of helpful and open-minded colleagues. Sure, it is a lot as there are many tools, departments and processes involved in daily business. But you will get help to guide your first steps. Additionally, the culture seems really transparent and inclusive. Feedback is welcome and questions will be answered openly.
