      Pros

      Bitpanda is a super fast-growing company and they really try to keep everyone together and excited about the brand. Yearly team trip and lots of company-wide events, like Friday drinks. There is a lot of room for opportunity, and just not enough manpower to tackle everything at once, but I have faith and think that bitpanda has a lot of potential in the future.

      Cons

      Every company has its issues. If you think about it, you can never make everyone 100% happy. So please don't listen to the individual cries for attention but follow the crowd. Looking at all these negative comments, I realize this is not what it is like, to work for bitpanda. Nowadays, everyone feels entitled to an opinion but it has to be feasible and make sense. Bitpanda is really trying its best to listen to everyone and find a common ground solution. Feels like people forget that things take time to change or implement.

      Pros

      - The company focuses on efficiency, the work being done and its quality and not the mere hours sitting at the office. This has a very positive effect on my work-life balance. - There are very few meetings (and even those are short and productive), jour fixes don’t last more than 15 minutes and there is generally 0 bs. - Another factor that makes life here easier is that there are no diva developers with freedom to do whatever they want or threat other colleagues however they want. - I can definitely recommend Bitpanda, especially if you are not into strict corporate environments and want a challenging job at a cool and a bit chaotic company with friendly, young colleagues in an awesome business.

      Cons

      - Although the developers are fast and generally cooperative, sometimes they are difficult to communicate with or they don’t always feel like sharing information. - Communication and coordination are at the moment not the strongest asset of the company. But I guess this is generally an issue with growing start-ups, it’s not that important to me anyway, I prefer a bit of chaos to restrictive structures, nonetheless it bothers some folks. Anyway, people in the company are aware of these weaknesses and are taking measures to improve. I guess the company still has to find the balance between speed / flexibility and structure / coordination.
