At Bitpanda, empowerment is one of our core beliefs, and we strongly advocate for Pandas to self-steer in their work and their own development. One of our main aims is also to give all of our folks the tools to create their own path (with support), make a real impact and get rewarded for it. When it comes to career progression here, it’s definitely not about who you know but rather the impact you create. This is why we encourage every Panda in our den to have monthly 30/30 meetings with their team lead to set goals, track them, crush them and then set new ones! We hope this has eased your concerns.
