Management and "buddies" of C-level are the elite, can't complain on them without being marked.

Micromanagement from PM was so tight that in some departments, it made most of days unbearable due asking same question every 15 minutes and proving every work minute.
Management worked solely on just to give the CEO's whatever they want whenever they want, if they change their minds it goes immediate reorganization etc.
Overhead work, people under stress, only reaction if people start leaving.
Few weeks back many toxic work environment questions appeared on a biweekly meeting, resulting CEO canceling the questionnaires.
