1) Majority of team leaders are micromanaging such as whether you are late in the morning even just a few minus. Clothes you wear; seats you prefer to sit etc. 2) Some team leaders are racists though they promote diversity culture. 3) Connection is everything - they do not care if you work hard or a good staff
