No work life balance - but nice in CV

- top notch offices - free snacks and drinks - good money, if you don't count the hours - possibility to work in other offices all over the world

Cons

- no work life balance - very hierarchical structures - no diversity; nearly no women in higher positions; same applies to black people, latinos, asian, etc. all power is in the hands of old, white men - if you reduce hours bc of kids, disability, etc. you don't have a future in the company

Force people to come to office. Very stingy on work from home. Lots of Politics because of managers who have been in their roles for many years. Rotten culture. They show that they are keen on changing, but they do not change their managers and hence company culture does not change. Use old outdated technoligies
