      Pros

      work life balance can be good if that's important to you, benefits are good, people are generally nice, lots of freedom to explore interests a good place to start your career and transition to corporate life a good place to "retire" since benefits are good if your willing to sacrifice salary/growth

      Cons

      little mobility, company politics at play, flat structure translates to limited growth opportunities, raises are minimal YoY, you are definitely underpaid compared to peers, transparency is fake, employees are told one thing but management actions differently

      Pros

      Extensive training and mentoring for new employees. Many internal organizations and extracurricular groups. Starting salary is great. Free snacks help with the long hours.

      Cons

      Internal management silos best employees and is high on favoritism. Gradual churn has emphasized technology in an effort to be a "google" while leaving financial acumen and experience behind, which is affecting clients.
