Pros

a lot of free snacks, diverse group of people. Everyone is young, so it's easier to find friends within the same age group

Cons

- highest turnover I think I ever saw from people quitting/fired -literally a survival of the fittest, the job is basically a numbers game to see who has the highest -had so many friends who got yelled at for taking 5+ minute long bathroom or coffee breaks

Lack of flexibility

Pros

The people are amazing, the place is fast paced and always interesting. The benefits and the pay are good. If it wasn’t for the hours and flexibility, it would be classed as a great employer.

Cons

They are obsessed with you being in the office. Even during COVID and despite us working very well from home, there is constant pressure and talk of going back to the office. They don’t offer flexible working with any sort of impact, meaning it’s hard to get ahead once you have children. They talk about diversity and they mean well, but a lack of diversity in management means it doesn’t translate to real action.
