Great colleagues, great office space, decent work/life balance most of the time, awesome benefits

Cons

You will not get promoted based on your people skills, ability to successfully deliver successful projects, or hard work. It seems they focus too much on being a top coder, having an Ivy League diploma, having important personal connections, and possibly your background.

Nice office and coffee for free - don't expect more

a dental plan, if you can't afford them you can get cinema tickets and coffee for free, six months fully paid maternity/paternity leave, nice office, plenty of talented people, good internal financial education materials

Cons

corporation, no chances for real remote work in the future, no real private health care (only perks for "healthy lifestyle"), average/poor managers are a norm, no technical path (only people management), they say a lot about doing the right thing and equality - but they lack in those areas themselves, they tend to invest a lot into average projects (e.g. multiple teams working on a project for a year, that can be replaced with one script created overnight)

Good pay and Benefits. A good place to learn and good lateral mobility.

Cons

Never quite feels they trust you, even if you are a proven performer or manager. Big Brother is always watching it seems and keeping metrics on you. There is a lot of middle management.
