I am fairly new at this company but I must say I am impressed. These guys really care about their employees and I feel right at home. Everyone is very welcoming and very competent in what they do.

Cons

The same for every Holdings company, all the brands sometimes can be a lot of work!

Toxic environment and very bad work culture..micromanaged and regional biased.. if they plan to terminate an employee, they are ruthless and put the candidate in PIP and terminate on spot.. no job security.. They instruct not to talk to each other.. very agressive and the glint survey (feedback) surveys are not actioned..
