Donot join here if they offer you without interview, top management is baised, they hire and fire people. In the interview the act very polite & gentle. However once you join these peole show their real face. They are just literate without basic education.

Cons

The culture is based caste society, it all depends on where you were born, which is very sad. If you are foreigner you can´t grow within the company, only Irish can hold leadership roles.
