Pros

The work environment is genuinely collaborative without being forced about it. Management is approachable, and there's a real sense that your contributions are noticed. Good work-life balance compared to industry norms.

Cons

Processes are maturing, but that's also the exciting part of this journey.

Pros

I’m on my third job now, and honestly, this company is a total game-changer. The perks are solid, the team vibes are great, and it’s so refreshing to work somewhere where my ideas actually matter. 2. Employee engagements are great. 3. Feedbacks are valued.

Cons

The "Loudest Voice" Problem: Sometimes, the feedback that gets implemented is just the feedback from the most vocal employees, not necessarily the most important.

Pros

I’m completing 3 years at BHI today, and it feels like a good moment to reflect on the journey so far. I joined as a Data Engineer (DE-2) and have since grown into a Senior Data Engineer role. Over these three years, I’ve seen consistent learning and professional growth. While a significant portion of my work has been around migration projects, I’ve also had valuable opportunities to design and build reusable solutions, which has been especially fulfilling from an engineering perspective. One of the standout aspects of BHI is the leadership team. They are genuinely encouraging, particularly when it comes to exploring and adopting AI. There’s a strong culture of experimentation — with access to a wide range of AI tools and the freedom to try out new ideas, it creates an environment where innovation feels natural rather than forced. The data platform itself is another major strength. Working with modern, cutting-edge tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Collibra has not only improved the quality of our solutions but also helped me stay aligned with industry best practices. Overall, it has been a rewarding experience so far, and I’m looking forward to continuing to grow and contribute further.

Cons

While my experience has been positive overall, one area that could be improved is the promotion process. Progression can sometimes be challenging and appears to depend more on business needs and available opportunities rather than solely on individual readiness or performance.
