Pros

Great location, good people on the whole and subsidised canteen is great to have. The job itself in many ways is what you make it. There is continuous change taking place across the whole company and a result there are huge opportunities for personal growth if you want to run with them.

Cons

There were some teething problems when the company moved towards a product centric structure. Lots of movement meant my personal reporting line and that of all the analysts was incredibly messy to say the least which resulted in a feeling of displacement for a while.

Hiya and thanks for your feedback. I agree there are loads of opportunities for colleagues who want to grab them. With regards to your cons, we only moved to a full product org 18 months ago and yes as with any major change there are challenges. However, 18 months ago there were 43 people in Customer Product today there are more than 65 and by the year end there will be ~100 so we are certainly investing in the team. Also with regards to analysts in particular we are doing some great work as we speak to provide extra support to the analyst population. Thanks again Ryan
