Fellow employees are great Booking.com "Ideas" are great

Cons

what they say and what they do are two different things depending on the colour of your skin. Management has no idea how to manage don't ask for feedback because you probably won't get it. There have been instances where they have set people up to fail from the start.

I've been working at Booking.com for 10 years. Great culture and mindset. I had grown and I've had 4 positions. You need to be proactive and be open to change and feedback. This company offers great opportunities, training and development which you don't find in all places. Great Manager for 7 years, I just can say Thank you!!!

Cons

If you want to return to the company in another country, you're not the best option, I wondering why. I had the worst experience with this unprofessional person. The worst HR Team ever recruiting for Customer service at Toronto office. There's no excuse for not apologizing for their mistakes!!! It's a shame because I'm really proud of this company that I had worked for 10 years!!!!

Pros

The management was great, the perks of the job are good, and the company environment is excellent.

Cons

It is still customer service in a call center. You will have to deal with emotional people on the phone all day. The company does their best to make the position as good a they can but they cannot change the fundamentals of the job.
