Booking.com Response

Hi and thanks, for your review it is really appreciated. Whilst I agree with your positive comments, I’m afraid that in a 24/7 operation shifts are inevitable. We are working hard in response to colleagues’ feedback in the Your Voice engagement survey, to make sure rotas are communicated in good time and we are as flexible as possible but this is always going to be about striking the right balance. As you say though, there are lots of opportunities for growth. Thanks again for your feedback Ryan

Pros

Every single bit of the company is structured in a smart way. Lots of freedom for smart people, lots of opportunities, amazing benefits from a big company and crazy challenges.

Cons

Booking is not a technology company, which means we are not playing with new shiny things unless we really need to.
