Pros

The company was very diverse. The front line Team Leads (who manage customer facing staff) were really great. They are supportive, provide great feedback in order to develop customer facing employees. The company offered a great work life balance

Cons

Company appears to be less invested in building a solid customer service infrastructure & the customer experience than they where when first started working there.
