They have good Benefits and plenty of OT when they are available. The money was decent.

Cons

Too many ppl trying to captain the ship, a hazardous environment. They say they are all about safety, but I have seen some things that question that motto.

Salary is good. Working environment is good. Technical facilities are similar to other similar companies. Colleagues are helpful to some extent. Lot of training materials and courses. Regular payment.

Cons

Personal relationship and grouping are present. No time for learning although lot of training options are available. Working pressure is very high. Management changes too often. Career development is very limited.
