Pros

Company culture is very direct and it shows in projects and team mentality. Company evolves in areas that suits investments in a positive manner. Very productive work environment, collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

Bit of disparity in salaries within countries - EU vs. US. More job opportunities for EU citizens as there are more facilities overseas. EU citizens are posted to US but not visa versa.

Flexible working hours, performance of the company is quite good even in difficult times, I can see a good professional development

Cons

I feel that the salary package is quite conservative and less in the company. Also the increment seems to be quite conservative.
