Pros

Decent pay, 401K, and overall benefit package is above average. Decent bonus system in place. Decent European Company, local Rockport site is a nightmare.

Cons

Little management support with a lot of untruthfulness throughout the local site. Once you are on night shift, you stay there. Very unfair. Unfair pay for production workers vs. QC, S&R, etc

Pros

Medical is good and the 401k program is as well. Vacation time is more than generous when you hit 10 yrs and get 4 weeks paid off.

Cons

Lack of leadership or direction at times. Communication has always been an issue between management to Production. Work can get very dirty at times and you work in various weather conditions day or night inside or outside. Very high turnover rate.
