      During 8 years that I worked in Borealis and, this company always were a etical and responsible, but this changed

      Cons

      When I leaved, unfortunately the new managing director, did not recognazed basic righsts for a management team mamber as vacations values that were not recognized without justification. This was not the company that i worked for 8 years.
