Complex roles with huge learning opportunities for those who are ready to take extra miles. Great coworkers, great location. Most teams, especially sales have a good life. Compensation package is competitive. There are many good and intelligent managers in Borealis who really behave like a role model should.

Cons

Some managers and HR leaders are living in a parallel reality, they don't trust nor believe their employees and lower managers when they ask for help, because it's easier for them to ignore or downplay problems instead of taking on eventual conflicts. Typical example is avoiding to hire additional employees in teams that are overloaded and telling the employees that their overload is their fault because they are not efficient enough. Some lower managers are really not grown up to their roles. They just try to keep every employee, even non-performers who just make other team members do their part of the job.

Cons

A lot of micromanagement, no lean structure. Some managers promote their own people despite qualifications just because they like them more. Poor management in general, if you face a problem, higher managers wont help much, neglecting people and force them to leave the company. HR is always on the side of the company not an employee.
