Other employees that have worked there for a long time do not welcome newcomers, almost as if it's high school. Newcomers do not feel like they fit it and it doesn't get better. No proper training. You're expected to know everything about the job 3 shifts in. Management is not solid, most have a favourite and don't discipline if they have done or said something inappropriate to a newcomer. The hours are either long not existing. Appreciation is not a thing that is given by managers. Overall I would not recommend this place for people looking for a job.

Pros

Medical is good and the 401k program is as well. Vacation time is more than generous when you hit 10 yrs and get 4 weeks paid off.

Cons

Lack of leadership or direction at times. Communication has always been an issue between management to Production. Work can get very dirty at times and you work in various weather conditions day or night inside or outside. Very high turnover rate.
