      Great facilities and international prestige.

      Cons

      Very negative emphasis on job title. Many of the middle managers are ineffective to properly develop the talents on employees.

      Brand is well respected, opportunity to work with great clients

      Cons

      Long hours, difficult clients, heavy feedback culture that results in highly political review process that disadvantages minorities (lack of sponsors to advocate, etc.), flawed staffing process (managers don't want to/aren't incentivized to staff new consultants)

      Lots of smart people Diverse office You learn a lot in a short period of time

      Cons

      Looooooong hours (18-20 hours/ day) Most work are in KSA and public sector so few exit opportunities People come and go too quickly and it's hard to build relationships Managements are too busy to care for my personal development Sexism is rampant
