The culture at BCG is amazing. The company really enforces a culture of collaboration and friendliness. From partners, to the associates it feels like you can ask anyone for help and they'd be willing to help you out. They also throw lots of events to help bring everyone together. Overall it's a fantastic company to work for.

Cons

The company has very high expectations and sometimes you'll have to go way above and beyond what would be expected of you at most other companies. There are also times you may need to work longer hours.
