Great benefits and insurance (mental health services, low co-pay, etc) Lots of social events, happy hours, etc.) Fun office environment (decor, free food, etc)

Cons

Low pay for administrative assistants Heavy workload for admins (there's a high demand/need for admins so you support a lot of people) Sometimes the staff you support (particularly MDPs) don't show their appreciation/can come across as short in their communication

Cons

Poor work life balance. Have worked multiple weekends. And, have worked 80 hours per week regularly for many months. Leadership says they care about work life, but was not responsive during COVID when people were working 2x-3x times
