Great benefits and compensation, important global work, motivated employees and a well respected brand that boosts your resume.

Cons

Speed is often prioritized over efficacy, internal teams are scattered and disorganized, work/life balance is difficult to achieve, internal communication is both overwhelming and ineffective, burnout is commonplace and high turnover reflects this.

- friendly colleagues(mostly! there is always the one(or two) odd person you want to steer clear of) - I haven't seen other offices but the London office was pretty nice. Friday lunches were great too!

Cons

- Personally, it felt as if myself and many other colleagues who joined around the same time as I did were pegged a level lower than what they were actually at. Was it pure coincidence or was it something to do with the Compensation team ? One can only guess. - Too traditional when it came to new ideas and innovations. Sort of wanting to hold on to the tried and tested methods only - Outrageously dated software systems.
