      Pros

      There are so many pros about Boston Consulting Group. They hire only the best and it shows. Diversity and inclusion is very important to BCG. They really take the time to listen to any feedback their employees have. I feel like my opinion is heard at this company.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that on the BST side, I do not feel like there are a lot of career options to explore. However, I do not really feel that this is a fault of the company.

      Brand name is amazing in the market Salary is quite decent - at par with peers Food Crowd is nice

      Cons

      Working hours - Pain for the mental system Management gets irritating some times. But they are mostly supportive. Useless KPIs to be taken care of... Meaningless Metrics to focus on Even the Associate profile is expected to bring business and that too for a back-end job like Knowledge Team / Research, let alone us Analysts who are a level above
