1. Good technical learning curve in most teams 2. Good perks - Free food , snacks , allowances , insurance , dental 3. Good budget for team events

1. Scope of work defined by consulting teams who have very little knowledge of technical aspects of the work. 2. Unrealistic timelines as a result of BCG consulting culture 3. Politically charged environment due to high pressure from consulting teams and under-qualified knowledge leaders 4. Under qualified leadership and middle management with access to some of the best clients in the country courtesy BCG brand value , this builds unnecessary ego in most managers. 5. Unecessary pressure with no focus on career development of employees hence high attrition.
