BCG offers best-in-class benefits and programs to staff. I have many resources to feel supported and successful at work. In my time at the firm, I've received excellent mentorship and growth opportunities, as well as opportunities to truly get to know my colleagues and form strong, long-lasting bonds. It's a great place to work and develop your career over time.

Cons

With any large, growing firm, there are minor pain points, but leadership does listen and solicit feedback often.
