I have been working at BCG for several years and it is by far the best place I have ever worked. I continue to be so appreciative of how the people who work here show up for each other, make decisions that put people first, and care for each other. In addition, the benefits are incredible. They are a key indicator of that people promise that the company has made, and a core part of the comp here given how generous the coverage is.

Cons

It's high stakes, high pressure and no doubt that hard work and time are required.
