Great culture, good people, excellent learning opportunities, interesting work

Cons

Some projects are tough in terms of work-life balance, but BCG is the best that I've seen at trying to manage it and make it was feasible as possible.

Company culture may differ from office to office. Sometimes experience of company's organization and processes might be different on emerging markets Office politics: do not really plays a serious role before parnter's level, but partners games may directly affect your career
