Longer hours than industry While it has changed over the past few years (BCG is increasingly doing implementation and enablement), you typically don't stay for the implementation of recommendations and don't get to actually navigate the change

It is a great company to work for. their cause is good and I loved the people at the office. Overall a great experience.

Cons

Sometimes I felt like the atmosphere was not very collaborative. People kept to themselves when it seemed like working together would be the better option
