-Learning is very limited, you work on multiple projects with a very quick TAT at the same time, even if you learn something, it is unlikely you will remember it or benefit from it later -Terrible management, some SRs serve no purpose, verbal discussions have no value -Too much emphasis on metrics, R/ARs end up taking responsibilities that are outside their job role -KPIs used to measure performance are largely out of control of the team because you can not decide the type of work the team gets -Tough to focus on the pros with so many cons

Management as well as the high ups were not very transparent or team players. Admin was looked at as the lowest on the pole. Very segregated by titles.
