Pros

- 12.5% to 15% pay raise in Singapore across ranks - Quarterly bonuses (like airdrops) to retain staff - New swanky office at 79 Robinsons Road - Generous meal allowance budgets - Strong boundaries and respect for weekends, and personal time off. In the event you get a engagement case which is too intense, after the case, you can recompensed 3 days of leave - Cigna health coverage is comprehensive - Open culture - everyone is willing to share, and talks openly about why they are here. No backstabbing

Cons

- No backstabbing cos everyone's too busy and just wants to end work on time - Very focused on working, lacking in terms of culture and inter-office bonding - Experience consultants are drawn into different pastures (tech, crypto, investments) and firm longevity is low (average <3 years tenure). As a result, institutional knowledge is lost

Pros

1. Benefits (e.g. completely free health care) 2. Salary 3. Racial and gender inclusionary programs feel genuine 4. Healthy returning education stipend 5. Great exit opportunities due to brand reputation

Cons

1. Company wants to recruit top talent (e.g. consultants, engineers, etc.) but then use us analysts to do work a college intern could do 2. Mainly the work is finding files for consultants. Most “knowledge” is developed by consultants, including reports 3. There is 0 chance of becoming a consultant 4. There is a culture in place that makes analysts feel like second class citizens and junior consultants in particular will demean you and your work 5. 0 opportunity for advancement
