Constructive feedback is dismissed, and employees are spoken to disrespectfully or looked down upon. Effort from the ground team is rarely recognized, while upper levels take credit when things go well and shift blame when issues arise. Morale remains low because people are afraid to speak up, and talented staff eventually leave.
