When I first joined, there was consistent encouragement for creativity and teamwork by leadership, which contributed to a positive and motivating work culture. Adapting to Change: A shift in company strategy required me to adapt to new ways of working and problem-solving, enhancing my ability to lead with curiosity, motivate change, and manage ambiguity.
