Pros

A well recognised company that may help your CV get attention I.e. you need to be prepared to leave, they expect you to.

Cons

Now owned by International Airlines Group who appear to have a different approach to employee welfare.

Pros

A great team of people who work for BA not IAG... They are awful, staff travel

Cons

IAG are a ruthless bunch of bullies. They do not want to listen to any staff concerns, go in all guns blazing to annoy suppliers, with out even telling you as the contract owner, then when it doesn't work leave you to try and mop it up. At some point customers will have to realise the service is no better anymore than many of their competitors. Promise the world but promotions only given to those who are will to spend more time networking and getting a brown tongue than actually working
