The current contract being offered to new employees is extremely poor. A Customer Contact role at BA is unlike any other, where you are not just expected to provide support for customers, but also to be able to make complex fare and tax calculations. The rota is also quite poor as it you are required to work half of all weekends and have more late or early shifts than regular ones. For this reason the basic salary which is well below the national average for such a role is a joke.

Pathetic management who does not know what is happening and what is required. One company who does not like revenue coming and restrict the same, not at all interested in paying the employee and not at all employee centric, you take 4 sick leaves without planning and they will deduct both salary and incentives for the next 3 months, many more demotivating policies and when request to change they say it is a policy can't be amended.
