Pros

A very friendly and supportive atmosphere, where you are given the appropriate training in order to grow. The benefits of using staff travel are good, but still unaffordable to some.

Cons

The current contract being offered to new employees is extremely poor. A Customer Contact role at BA is unlike any other, where you are not just expected to provide support for customers, but also to be able to make complex fare and tax calculations. The rota is also quite poor as it you are required to work half of all weekends and have more late or early shifts than regular ones. For this reason the basic salary which is well below the national average for such a role is a joke.
