Pros

The flight benefits are not terrible but other airlines offer better benefits. The only plus was that my colleagues made this place tolerable.

Cons

This company has no regard for employee loyalty. They are slowly getting rid of any employee that lives in America. Replacing them with employees who have less qualifications, care less and get paid less so naturally they will try less. This company is full of money hungry corporate snobs who have no regard for human decency. It is a dead end job that leads you no where in life. Most of the management is also terrible and lack any brain power whatsoever.

Pros

Staff travel, privilege to work with a big brand that is recognised worldwide

Cons

Most of the lady trainers and senior lady supervisors, misuse their position and harrass other female employees. They don't give proper training and take pride in humiliating newly appointed employees. Training period was torture, nobody seemed to care, instead took part in the humiliation. British Airways being such a big brand, needs wise and open minded employees/trainers/ TL's and not narrow minded middle aged aunties. They are not doing their job properly and are abusing their position.

Pros

Great people and good benefits. Relatively easy to move within the organisation for a long term career with loads of options from customer services through to business strategy.

Cons

Very hierarchical and nothing happens quickly! Continual restructuring means you'll end up reapplying for you own job every few years.
