Very professional, employees are looked after and training is very good. Whenever there is a problem on board, the company backs up their employees

Cons

Depending on which fleet one is based on (Heathrow , mixed fleet or Gatwick) the salary changes. Seniority should be respected

You can follow a myriad if different careers within one organisation. I ended up with three quite distinct careers without changing employer. The travel perks are good as well.

Cons

As the business becomes ever more professional and seeks increasing profits the career span of a BA employee is reducing. No longer a job for life but more a great career for now.
