Pros

modern day head office with lots of facilities. I'm struggling to find any good reasons to add here.

Cons

Real cut throat environment now, lots of back-stabbing, very bullyish culture, bully boy management. Travel perks are not great, very expensive to use - no such thing as a free ticket

Pros

Great travel benefits (for employee and one family member at a time) for traveling with BA and one world airline partners. Great people!

Cons

Very usual work hours, nights, early mornings and holidays. Too many delays and cancellations, too many passenger bags delayed.

Good travel perks, flexible working (in some departments)

Cons

Continual cost cutting and outsourcing to India and Poland for IT, Procurement and finance is hitting hard. Good quality experienced staff leaving and being replaced with off shore IT contractors in India, reducing quality and impacting remaining staff morale - pays lip service to employee surveys and does the minimum to try to look as if the company cares.
