Pros

Travel perks note you don't get them if your contract is GBS. Good HR policies and flexible working. Good subsidised canteen.

Cons

Can be very slow to get anything done and does restructure quite a bit in response to the world changing

Training opportunities both personal and technical skills Technical expertise from people from many different working backgrounds Work with personal responsibility so the achievement is yours

Cons

Offices are away from any built up area Overall company objectives are not vocalised through the departments High turnover in teams (but generally moving to other departments of teams)
