Pros

Dedicated knowledgable colleagues, staff travel (when can get on) great offices at Waterside with staff restaurant, and good facilities. Good for the cv

Cons

low morale is everywhere due to massive outsourcing and drastic cost cutting which is reducing this once great company to a shell of its former self.

Pros

If you're young, it looks great on your CV, it's a good experience to work for such a large company. Staff are very helpful to each other. Sharing what you know when it helps. Interestingly all departments help each other out. Once in the company, it's quite smooth flowing to move around - highly recommend.

Cons

Each employee is just a number, literally! More work for low pay. Absolute rubbish shift patterns. poor organisation and structure to last minute overtime award. Tasks require you to stand for long periods of time, so be prepared.
