Mixed and inconsistent.

Pros

Flexible working conditions, reasonable pay and a good set of employees. Staff travel gives you a good discount and allows the possibility of flying in Club for approximately £70.

Cons

Very large management overhead meaning lots of bureaucracy. Current focus is on cutting cost which ruins what could be a promising outlook.
