Pros

Travel perks / able to get experience in various departments.

Cons

They don't care about loyal staff. Promotions are almost non-existant, performance related pay very poor. It's been hard work most of the time due to inadequate training.

Pros

Training was invaluable-- by focusing on the GDS so much I really felt like knew the program backwards and forwards. Coworkers and management were decent-ish. Having the opportunity to speak with people from all over the world was very interesting. The branding and product is top-notch.

Cons

Being leashed to a phone was fabulous. So was the whole being outsourced thing. It was a call center so I think that basically explains itself.
