      Family-friendly, lots of varied work opportunity, too insular and cost focussed

      Pros

      The people. Hands down. BA have some amazing people.

      Cons

      Most of the colleagues know no other way but the 'BA way' and a lack of attrition and new talent has caused them to become too insular. Also, there is only so much cost saving you can do and still function in an employee-friendly way. BA have crossed that line.

      Pros

      Apart from Cheap Flights and a reasonable wage, Company has some great people to work with. Possibility to move around various departments of company through internal vacancies and subject to passing interviews.

      Cons

      Although company promotes a team work ethic, end of year reviews are judged on what you have personally achieved. Management does not always accept challenge to decisions made.
