Pros

Good brand to get on your CV and aso help to build up a good network.

Cons

Spectacularly poor leadership - never been more uninspired. The parent company IAG is now the place to be as BA are just a subsidiary company with every weakening influence over its future. Oh and staff travel really is overrated- my first 2 trips were sitting outside the toilet at the back of a 747 - NOT glamorous!
